Coleman E15: Wi-Fi module failed

E15 is the code beside both Wi-Fi lines on page 17: the module is damaged, or the module connection failed. This is from Coleman owner's manual 90427E, document 303021298886, for pumps S100105 and S100205. The note says to press any button and keep using the spa.

Do this first

    Press any button

    Press any button on the panel. The manual says that removes the alarm, and you can continue to use the spa.

    Leave Wi-Fi off if you do not need it

    The table treats the alarm as something you can clear and keep using the spa. Do not open the pump to look at the module. Wi-Fi setup notes are on page 16 and are separate from this code.

When to call a technician

Call a technician now if

  • The breaker or the RCD trips when the pump is plugged in.
  • You smell burning, see melted plastic, or the water is too hot to touch.
  • The code comes back after one reset.

Also call for these, from the manual

  • Contact Bestway USA if you need the app and E15 keeps returning. The table lists a damaged Wi-Fi module as a support case. Do not open the pump.

Questions

Can I still use the spa with E15 showing?

Yes, after you clear it. Page 17 says to press any button to remove the alarm and continue to use the spa. It does not say to stop heating because of E15 alone.
