Do not treat it as the time-of-day setting
Setting the time is a normal menu. This message says the clock has failed. Leave the housing closed and contact the dealer or service organization.
When to call a technician
Call a technician now if
- The breaker or the RCD trips when the pump is plugged in.
- You smell burning, see melted plastic, or the water is too hot to touch.
- The code comes back after one reset.
Also call for these, from the manual
- Contact your dealer or service organization for M020. The guide prints no home repair for a failed clock.
Questions
Can I set the clock again and clear M020?
Not from this line. The guide does not send M020 to the time setting. It says contact your dealer or service organization.
