Do not replace the sensor yourself
Leave sensor B connected. The guide does not describe a home replacement. Leave the housing closed and call for service.
When to call a technician
Call a technician now if
- The breaker or the RCD trips when the pump is plugged in.
- You smell burning, see melted plastic, or the water is too hot to touch.
- The code comes back after one reset.
Also call for these, from the manual
- Call for service for a Sensor B fault. Do not open the heater to reach the sensor.
Questions
Why does M032 use the same sentence as M031?
The guide prints one explanation for both: a temperature sensor or sensor circuit has failed. It labels Sensor A as M031 and Sensor B as M032. It does not add a separate test for B.
