Power
Stop using the spa
Unplug or switch off the supply and do not enter the water. The guide does not tell you to repair the GFCI. Contact your dealer or service organization.
When to call a technician
Call a technician now if
- The breaker or the RCD trips when the pump is plugged in.
- You smell burning, see melted plastic, or the water is too hot to touch.
- The code comes back after one reset.
Also call for these, from the manual
- Contact your dealer or service organization, and an electrician for the supply. An unsafe installation is not a panel setting.
Questions
Does a CE spa show M036?
The message line says North America only. Page 13 says the GFCI test feature is not available on CE rated systems. Do not run a North American GFCI test on a spa this guide marks as CE.
