Gecko Hr: in.xe hardware error

Hr means an internal hardware error has been detected. The guide prints this message only for the in.xe control, and says it cannot be displayed on an in.k330 keypad. The first step is a restart. If Hr comes back, the pack is replaced.

Do this first

  1. Reset

    Restart, then run each output

    Restart the spa, then start and stop every pump and the blower. Do not open the pack. The guide says the pack has no user-serviceable parts.

When to call a technician

Call a technician now if

  • The breaker or the RCD trips when the pump is plugged in.
  • You smell burning, see melted plastic, or the water is too hot to touch.
  • The code comes back after one reset.

Also call for these, from the manual

  • If Hr comes back, the guide says to replace the control system. Contact an authorized service center. Do not open the pack.

Questions

Why is there no Hr page for in.yt or in.k330?

This guide’s note says Hr is only on the in.xe control and cannot be displayed on an in.k330 keypad. A code on another pack is not given this meaning.
