Gecko error codes

These messages are quoted from Gecko Alliance troubleshooting guide 9919-101313-D, revision July 2023, for in.yj, in.ye, in.yt, and in.xe. They appear on LCD and LED keypads. A color keypad uses another techbook, so those messages are not listed here. Hr is only for in.xe and cannot show on an in.k330 keypad. The pack has no user-serviceable parts. Replacing a heater, a probe, or the pack, and any meter check, stays with an authorized service center.

Code	What it means
FLO	No water flow while the main pump runs
UPL	The pack has no low-level configuration
OH	Spa water has reached 108°F (42°C)
AOH	The skirt has overheated the pack
HL	Heater water has reached 119°F (48°C)
Prr	The regulation probe is outside normal limits
Hr	Internal hardware error on in.xe
