Lay-Z-Spa error codes

Lay-Z-Spa pumps are made by Bestway. The codes below are quoted from the 2025 AirJet manual 303021379874 and the 2025 HydroJet manual 303021371869. Those manuals name pump models S100202, S200202, S300202 and S400202. A 2020 manual uses different temperatures for the cold and hot alarms, so those figures are not mixed in here.

Code	What it means
E01	Flow sensors trip with filter and heat still off
E02	Flow sensors do not see enough water while filtering or heating
E03	Pump thermometer reads the water below 4°C (39°F)
E04	Pump thermometer reads the water over 50°C (122°F)
E05	The thermometer connection inside the pump has a problem
E08	Pump thermometer reads the water over 52°C (125.6°F)
E15	The Wi-Fi module connection has failed
E18	The pump detects electricity on the ground wire
E19	The power board inside the pump is too hot
6CF	The ground connection has failed
