E15
Lay-Z-Spa E15: Wi-Fi module failed
E15 means the Wi-Fi module connection failed. This wording is from the 2025 AirJet manual 303021379874 and the 2025 HydroJet manual 303021371869, for pump models S100202, S200202, S300202 and S400202. Spa names such as Paris or Miami are not in these manuals. A 2020 edition states the cold and hot alarms differently, so do not use this page for that edition.

Heat and filter do not need Wi-Fi
The manual treats Wi-Fi as optional here. Leave the app disconnected if you do not need it. Do not open the pump to look at the module.
When to call a technician
Call a technician now if
- The breaker or the RCD trips when the pump is plugged in.
- You smell burning, see melted plastic, or the water is too hot to touch.
- The code comes back after one reset.
Also call for these, from the manual
- Contact Bestway if you need the app and E15 keeps returning. The manual says a damaged Wi-Fi module is a support case. Heating and filtration do not depend on that module.
Questions
Can I still heat the spa with E15 showing?
Yes, after you clear it. The 2025 manuals say to press any button to remove the alarm and continue without Wi-Fi. They do not tell you to stop heating because of E15 alone.
