Stop and leave the sensors in place
Do not unplug a sensor lead or swap the sensors. The only line under this message is call for service. Leave the housing closed.
When to call a technician
Call a technician now if
- The breaker or the RCD trips when the pump is plugged in.
- You smell burning, see melted plastic, or the water is too hot to touch.
- The code comes back after one reset.
Also call for these, from the manual
- Call for service for M015. This guide gives no home test for a sensor that may be 2°F or 3°F out of sync.
Questions
Does M015 already mean the sensors have failed?
The guide says they may be out of sync by 2°F or 3°F. M026 is the later message, when that fault has been established for at least 1 hour. A failed sensor circuit is M031 or M032.
